Make yourself two small goals every day, instead of one lofty goal for the year. That will allow you to accomplish something every single day, and when you look back on the last six months, you’ll have completed 360 goals. A lot of a little, equals a lot.

Don’t be afraid to fail, there’s always a learning opportunity involved with failure, you just have to find it. Framing failure as an opportunity to learn is a great way to set yourself up for success.

Know that you will need to grind to get ahead in life, and nothing is given to you. Frame your success and your failures in the right way and nothing can stop you!
